This may require that your personal data be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of Kinetics and these authorized third parties.

We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:

  • Host providers
  • Payment providers
  • User support providers

Sharing Your Information

Except as described in this Policy, Kinetics will not give, sell, rent, share or loan any personal information to any third party other than as outlined in this Policy.

  • Legal reasons: We may disclose personal data to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. We may also share such information if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law. In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
